Pay – Unpaid Need Level: High
We have an extensive internship program where we strive to educate the future advertising force of Detroit and beyond. Our program offers an amazing opportunity to experience the happenings of the advertising field firsthand. With positions in graphic design, account management, copy writing and social media development.
Pay – Entry Level Need Level: MEDIUM
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Experience in project management or equivalent position is required and a degree in advertising or marketing is preferred.
Junior Graphic Designer
Pay – Entry Level Need Level: HIGH
General Role: Work directly with the creative team to support design coordination and production. The design position is charged with determining the best ways for us to visually represent our client’s identities.
It is a very people-oriented job that involves the development of high-level concepts for design projects along with detailed structure design. Must be proficient in Adobe Suite and submit a portfolio upon application.
Pay – Base/Commission Need Level: Low
General Role: Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
Pay – Project Need Level – LOW
Create smart copy/content for a variety of clients and and an array of media vehicles, including (but not limited to) blogs, websites, social media, email marketing, collateral, print advertising, video, etc. Candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a writing capacity and have a variety of writing samples to share. Must be willing to meet/work occasionally at the Royal Oak office and take direction from a number of different agency staff members as well as work with agency’s senior writer. Number of hours per month to be determined.
